Amy Dee:
"I stopped caring about the male loneliness epidemic or any loneliness epidemic for that matter. It’s a revealed preference. I went from 0 mom friends to 15 in 90 days or less and I have severe social anxiety. People, men and women alike, have given up on real world social interaction. It requires you to get off your ass, be a host, be creative, learn how to talk, and give up your time! You know the men who are never lonely? The ones at my local gaming den. They have fellowship there rain or shine. There’s always 20+ guys there chatting and gaming. A sad reality is people are too lazy and selfish friendships. Including men. A good portion of men become loners at 35 and that’s how they plan to die even though it’s unhealthy. I don’t care about lonely moms anymore either. I talk about how to fix it and a lot of the time the response is, “I’m too nervous for that. I only reach out to moms I know and trust.” People want to be alone more than they want friends. Act accordingly."
