Psyche:

Ein Organismus strebt manches an und versucht anderes zu meiden. Das ist, in meinen Augen, der Ursprung von allem Seelischen.

Freiheit: Die Bestrebung, das "Ich muss" zu entfernen, und, als Ersatz, das "Ich will" zu kultivieren.

Es gibt Richtungsentscheidungen, im Leben, die zu einem Mehr an wertvollem Leben hinführen, oder von solchem Leben entschieden wegführen.

Die Welt ist in einer Weise beschaffen, dass wir in ihr zutiefst positive Erfahrungen sammeln können.
