Reading:

Most of the time I do not really understand what I am reading. But now and then a thing deeply grabs my attention. In those moments new knowledge about some essential relationships is acquired. Or at least it feels that way.

Freiheit: Die Bestrebung, das "Ich muss" zu entfernen, und, als Ersatz, das "Ich will" zu kultivieren.

Es gibt Richtungsentscheidungen, im Leben, die zu einem Mehr an wertvollem Leben hinführen, oder von solchem Leben entschieden wegführen.

Die Welt ist in einer Weise beschaffen, dass wir in ihr zutiefst positive Erfahrungen sammeln können.
