100, 200, 400, 800, 1500(men): The athlete's age at breaking the world record:

18: The first 100 m IAAF world record was set by an 18 year old.
19: The first 1500 m IAAF world record was set by a 19 year old.

30: Carl Lewis broke the 100m world record at the age of 30.
31: Michael Johnson broke the 400m world record at the age of 31.

I did not count athletes who equaled a record.
